L’Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil range

After reading Hannah Note‘s review a couple of weeks ago, I knew I had to pick up this range!

Saying my hair is in bad condition is the understatement of the century so I desperately needed a good range of hair products to try and fix the state it was is. Please note the use of past tense in that last sentence.

The shampoo is recommended for “dry to very dry hair”. It is enriched with 6 micro flower oils which are going to restore hair of moisture and shine. It’s an extremely nourishing shampoo that smells absolutely divine.

Similarly, the conditioner is also enriched with the 6 oils and has the same sweet, floral smell. I was surprised how quick it worked; after seconds my hair felt softer and I was ready to rinse off the conditioner. Every time I’ve used it, the dryness from bleaching damage is replaced by soft, manageable hair.

My favourite product out of all 3 has to be the oil. It’s described as a miracle hair perfector and I have to agree with it. As well as giving hair a beautiful shine and adding some extra nourishment, it also provides heat protection up to 230 degrees. A little goes a long way and the suggested 2 pumps is plenty, so it’ll last you ages.

Overall, I highly recommend this range if you have dry, problematic hair. After the first use, hair will be more manageable and feel nourished.

Boots are currently offering a 3 for £10 promotion in all the L’Oreal Paris Elvive ranges so if you’re thinking of trying any of the products mentioned, it would be worth making use of this!

Has anyone tried this range? What are your thoughts?
