Hi friends! As I mentioned in my April goals, i’m on a bit of a health kick this month. The Tone It Up annual bikini series starts at the end of the month and I want to be extra prepared.
When it comes to breakfast, i’m so lazy and being rushed in the mornings, I usually leave without eating the ~most important meal of the day~.
I was trying to come up with a quick and easy option that’s also healthy and obviously one of the first things that popped into my mind was greek yogurt. Then I remembered a recipe I stumbled across a few years ago, probably on Tumblr or Pinterest.
It’s quick, easy, uses few ingredients, protein-packed and satisfies sweet cravings. It’ll also be a perfect dessert or used as a dip for fruit. SO. MANY. OPTIONS.
Ingredients
3 tbsp 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (I use Whole Earth)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1/2 drops vanilla extract
1 tsp sweetener (optional)
Method
Add yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla and sweetener (if using) to a bowl
Mix well
Fold in chocolate chips
Enjoy!
That’s it! It’s a very versatile treat that will taste great with many different combos.
Does anyone have any healthy treat ideas?

Hello! That seems like a wonderful recipe. Yum. 😛
However we don’t get Greek yoghurt where I live. Will normal yoghurt work?
Also, I read that you love a good cup of tea. So do I.

Normal yogurt will work also, I bet it would taste great. Yay, I do love tea. I will definitely check it out! 🙂
