Cocktails With Corky’s

The lovely people at Corky’s have challenged me to come up with a cocktail of my own using their glitter schnapps* and today i’m sharing what I created!

Corky’s Schnapps comes in a variety of mouth-watering flavours including three with added glitter to add that extra sparkle to your drink.

I was sent a bottle of their Raspberry Glitter flavour to test my mixology skills out on. With the help of my friend Beth, we created three different cocktails that are perfect for any occasion!

So, without further ado, here are the recipes!

Glitter Martini

   25ml Corky’s Raspberry Glitter

25ml Vodka

Pineapple Juice

A glittery twist to your classic French Martini. Add everything to a cocktail shaker, pour into a martini glass and you’ll feel classy as ever.

A Cola Lotta Sparkle

25ml Disaronno

25ml Corky’s Raspberry Glitter

Crushed ice

I just spent a good 10 minutes laughing at myself over the punny name I came up with. Fill a glass (or mason jar if you’re feeling extra hipster) with crushed ice, add Disaronno and Corky’s and top with cola. Add a lime wedge for a bit of sass.

25ml Corky’s Raspberry Glitter

25ml Vodka

Handful of raspberries

Crushed ice

This one is super simple but has a 10/10 wow factor and is guaranteed to become your new favourite drink. Plus you can omit the vodka to make it even easier!

Start by putting a handful of raspberries into a glass and top with crushed ice. Add Corky’s and Vodka before topping up with lemonade. Admire how good it looks inbetween sips of vodka-raspberry goodness.
