All Bar One recently opened in The Trafford Centre and a couple of weeks ago, I was invited along to take part in a cocktail masterclass.
A cocktail masterclass is something I’ve been wanting to tick off the bucket list for some time so it’s safe to say I was very excited!
After arriving at All Bar One and being taken to a table full of cocktail making goodies, we were welcomed by our bartenders James and Ben, who then introduced the cocktails we would be making.
First up was the Honey Bee Martini. Using fresh honey and Planet Bee Chenin Blanc, which is a unique wine to All Bar One, this cocktail is deliciously sweet. Plus every bottle of Plant Bee wine purchased helps fund the conservation work of Friends of the Honeybee, a charity dedicated to reversing the dramatic decline of the honeybee population.
So you can be rest assured that you’re helping nature while enjoying a lavish drink.
Next was a Ginberry Cobbler- my favourite of the evening. The best thing about making this one is you can choose how bitter or sweet you like it. Using Casa Lia Rag Doll Pinot Noir, a vibrant and slightly spiced wine originating from Chile, it’s also unique to the bar.
The end result was stunning and provided perfect opportunity for a good snap!
Last but not least was a good ol’ classic French Martini. As with the other two drinks, this one was equally as delicious and went down a treat.
I would highly recommend heading to All Bar One for a cocktail masterclass whether it be a hen party, birthday celebration or a normal Tuesday evening. The experienced and friendly staff make sure you have an absolute ball and ensure your cocktail masterclass is one to remember.
Classes are £20 per person and require a minimum of 6 people. These are held throughout the country by exceptional staff that will have you feeling like James Bond in no time.
