24 Hours in Sydney

If you haven’t guessed it already, I LOVE Australia. My solo trip was the best three months of my life and I’m desperate to go back one day.

The first city I fell in love with was Sydney- I spent my first few weeks there and it truly felt like home.

There’s plenty of ways to spend the day and today I’m sharing with you my ideal 24 hours in New South Wale’s capital.

Remember to grab your Opal Card, you’re going to need it!

Starting bright and early, head for breakfast at Single O’s CBD Café. Serving up all-day delights such as the Brekkie Box featuring poached eggs, spice-roasted pumpkin seeds and spinach, you’ll be good to go for your day of adventure.

After fuelling up with breakfast eats, you’re ready to take on the Harbour Bridge Climb! Experience a rush of adrenaline topped off with panoramic views of the city.

Make your way to Darling Harbour and get celeb spotting at Madame Tussauds.

When you’re done rubbing shoulders with the likes of Nicole Kidman and the Australian cricket team, enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the Lindt Chocolat Café, making sure you leave room to indulge in  a sweet treat for dessert.

In the afternoon, head to the famous Bondi Beach for a few hours of catching rays or waves, depending on how active you’re feeling after the morning’s adventures.

In the evening, put on your glad rags and head to the Opera House for a night of glitz, glam and entertainment. Grab a drink and some dinner in the Opera Bar before the show and experience VIP service that’ll have you feeling like the star of the show.

Finish the day with a stroll through the city, calling off at one of the many cocktail bars the city has to offer.

How would you spend 24 hours in your favourite city?
