KISS Lash Couture Faux Mink Lashes

21st May 2017

I never used to be much of a lash gal until the last year or so. Now I can’t get enough and wear them for every night out or special occasion.

KISS are renowned for their beautiful salon-quality nails that are super affordable. The brand have an army of celebrity fans, including the gorgeous Pixie Lott, who is KISS’ newest ambassador.

Pixie said “The Lash Couture lashes are my favourites as they’re easy to apply and are cruelty-free with a mink effect, making them really lightweight and fluttery”. The star wears them both on and off stage and she can be seen wearing them in the video for her latest single Baby.

I could not WAIT to try out the lashes for myself and I received two different styles from the new range: Gala and Midnight.

The Gala lashes have an amazing curl and are great if you’re after a sexy, intense look. They are super fluttery and will compliment a sleek winged liner makeup look.

The Midnight lashes are all about the length and drama.

The Lash Couture range have a knot free band, providing a natural finish. The lash band is discrete and blends in well, just like all of the lashes from KISS. Once they’re on, the comfort and weightlessness of the lashes will make you forget you’re wearing any! At £7.99 a piece, the lashes are affordable AND can be reused up to 10x as long as you’re careful with them and remove correctly.

My ultimate favourite thing about these lashes is that they look so lush and a lot more expensive than they actually are. Cruelty free, the natural looking layers of soft faux mink hair provide the luxury of real mink lashes while staying humane.

Available from Superdrug, the Lash Couture range is the perfect addition to any lash lover’s collection.
