Garden Inspiration For Summer 2017
We’re heading into Summer and we’ve been thinking about how we want to redo the garden for the warmer months. I’ve taken plenty of inspiration from good ol’ Pinterest along with some wonderful blog posts…I’m thinking fairy lights, corner sofas and anything baby pink and shabby chic. I’m hoping the weather will be kind to us and we’re able to throw a few get-togethers which makes me even more excited to get redecorating.
I’ve rounded up a few of my favourite pieces in hopes to give you guys a bit of inspiration if you’re also planning to spruce up your outdoor living space this Summer!
Olive and Sage, £9
Blossoms are one of my favourite things about Spring/Summer and are sure to brighten up any space. The tall pink blossom stem from Olive and Sage is reasonably priced, super pretty and will be a perfect addition to the garden.
Solar Garden Flamingo
Festive Lights, £15.99
You’ve probably seen the flamingo pool floats taking over the ‘gram recently. I’m obsessed with them at the minute so imagine my excitement when I was browsing the web for garden décor and came across this lil beauty. A gorgeous statement piece, the cracked glass ball which makes up the body of the flamingo glows a stunning pink as dusk falls.
I’ve always dreamed of owning a corner sofa and this one from Fishpools will be a star piece in any outdoor oasis. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining, the set comes with a footrest and a coffee table ice bucket!
Solar Festoon Garden Lights
Tesco Direct, £14.99
A perfect combination of elegance and vintage, a set of festoon garden lights will bring the glam to any garden. They’ll be perfect for a Summer soiree, providing a wonderfully relaxed ambiance.
LED Block Candles
There’s no doubt that IKEA would be featured in this post. The Stopen LED block candles are the perfect finishing touch. The natural looking light provides a cosy, put together look. They’re also perfect if you have young children as a safe alternative to real candles.
Artificial Cedar Twist Topiary Trees
I love these trees from Argos as they look like the real deal but there’s no maintenance or watering required.
Gin Botanical Cocktail Garden Set
Not On The High Street, £16.95
I’ve saved the best to last. Not On The High Street are known for their quirky gifts. You can create some tasty cocktails and have a pretty decorative addition to your garden with one of their Botanical Cocktail Garden Sets. Sow, grow, mix and enjoy!
