Easy Pennywise Halloween Makeup | IT 2017

12th October 2017

Welcome to the first Halloween post of 2017! First of all, I’m going to start off by saying that I am NOT a makeup artist, beauty guru or anything like that- which you can probably tell by the lack of skill. I am just an average gal that likes to get creative with makeup and wanted to have a go at Halloween looks this year.

Over the next couple of weeks, there will be four different looks. These will be easy and affordable with no fancy SFX. To kick everything off, I decided to go for the obvious Twenty Seventeen choice of Pennywise from IT. This one was soooo fun to do and I really enjoyed recreating this one. Less scary, more glam and so easy!

I’m all about the natural brows so first of all using the Benefit Cosmetics Ready Set Brow, I brushed the hairs up for a fuller look. Moving onto eyes, I used the 12 shade eyeshadow palette from Technic Cosmetics .

The shades are all super pigmented and there is minimal fallout. As it’s a Halloween look, I wasn’t worried about keeping it neat. Starting with the lighter grey, I packed it on my lids before adding the darker grey and black shades to the outer corner to darken things up and add depth.

I then went back in with the red shade from the palette and ran it through the crease.

I then went in with the Technic Cosmetics Face Cream in white and covered my entire face before blending out the product with a Real Techniques Sponge.

Next, using a red lip liner I drew out the detailing and over-lined my lips before going back in with a black face paint from the Technic Cosmetics Face Palette. Then, I added more definition with a gel fake blood. I also kept this quite messy, smudging out the lines. I used a promo photo from the new movie for reference.

With the Colourpop Matte Lip in Creeper and Technic’s Matte Black Lipstick, I created an ombre lip. I then went back to the eyes and added mascara and a pair of lashes from Peaches Makeup.

Finally, I created the red nose with the same Colourpop lipstick I used on the lips.

Aaaaand that’s it! Super easy and 10 minutes to THE Halloween look of the year.

I’d LOVE to know what you’re all dressing as for Halloween. Leave a comment below!

I haven’t got a clue yet about Halloween lol. This looks awesome though. I’m going to a Halloween party, though, so I better get cracking on an idea x

You look like you’ve got skill, this is a great look, really easy and effective! I don’t think I’m going to be dressing up this year sadly.
